For Guardian, every movie with the possible exception of Bojack and Tarble are going to appear. Wheelo and Garlic Jr are going to appear much latter in canon. Wheelo is going to have a presence in Cell saga, and Garlic and the Makyans will be involved in the Buu saga.

Let's just say Garlic's been playing it safe all this time.
As for GT...Eh, I think it has good ideas like SSJ4, Bebi and the Shadow Dragons. It's just there are many negative aspects, and good ideas done badly.

There'll be some similar elements to the GT arcs, I just won't use them precisely. I don't plan on continuing the story into that time period.
